These Terms & Conditions will describe general rules applied through our Studio clients. By visiting our website the clients (Users) are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
An individual can purchase DJ studio hire hours at BAD Studios. The maximum amount of people during the booking is 3. No food or drinks are allowed in the studio without prior arrangement with the staff.
The booked DJ Studio hire hours are not refundable. If a client needs to reschedule the booked slot, it can only be done by giving BAD Studios at least 24 hour notice.
We aim to create a pleasant and safe environment for the clients; our tutors will act in the most professional manner ensuring the health & safety of the clients. We will refuse to teach or hire the studio to any client under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We may cancel the course or session without prior notice if the client abuses the equipment and/or the tutor; the deposit and/or the fee will not be refunded in this case.
We require of our clients to treat the equipment with caution and according to tutor's instruction. Any intentional breakage or damage caused by the client will have to be covered for by the client. It is our obligation to keep the equipment up to the standards for every session.
